沖繩美食 – 竹蘭拉麵 (國際通)

一個人到日本的話我通常都會去吃拉麵做晚餐,這次到達沖繩時已經是晚上,到hostel安頓一下就去國際通找晚餐吃。在當地人推介下到了離單軌電車牧志站約三分鐘路程的竹蘭拉麵。

竹蘭是家只有6、7個座位的小店,店主說不時都會有台灣遊客到店,但客人以本地人為主。

營業時間為下午12~5時、晚上6時半至凌晨零時左右,不定休。
要注意材料賣完就會關門,不要太晚到店喔~

店家採用沖繩本土生產的食材製作湯頭及配料,只此一家的獨特味道,連米飯裡面所加的黃米也是來自沖繩縣的波照間島。

我點了店長推介的島豚拉麵,900円。

店家嚴選沖繩當地生產的豚肉、全雞、野菜熬煮成湯。

湯底看上去很清,沒有加上化學調味,味濃郤不死鹹,吃完完全不會有喉嚨怪怪的、想喝汽水的感覺。

吃到後半部左右發現在湯頭裡面放了肉碎,像泰式清湯肉碎麵,當然這個湯比泰式清湯更有層次更鮮味。

叉燒用上沖繩島豚,薄薄的鋪在麵上,比一般的叉燒瘦。

麵條用上九州產的小麥自家手工制成,偏硬有嚼勁。

自家製島餃子,五個300円

外皮跟拉麵一樣都是用九州小麥自家制成,而餡料就用上沖繩食材造成,連蒜頭也是用上當地生產的。皮較厚,像鍋貼,不像一般在日本吃到的薄皮餃子。

餃子沾醬要自己調配,基本上就是醋+醬油+辣椒醬。
