After sharing an image showing the ‘Midnight Black’ colour variant of Samsung’s next flagship phablet Galaxy Note 8, smartphone tipster Evan Blass has shared another image of the device. The new image shows the phablet in its full glory with both front and back panel, the sides, the S-Pen. Not only that, the latest picture also shows a new Gold colour option, besides the earlier leaked Midnight Black variant.

As per the image, the Galaxy Note 8 appears to flaunt the same ‘Infinity Display’ screen technology like what is there on the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus smartphones. The image also shows the dual camera set up conforming to the earlier leaks. As for the S-pen, it looks very similar to the previously seen S-Pens in terms of design, but is likely to offer some enhanced functions.

The top bezel is seen with a camera along with proximity and ambient light sensors. The device is expected to feature an Iris scanner and face recognition technology for an improved security. The image also shows an extra button besides the volume and power buttons that is likely programmed to launch Bixby.

Samsung has already confirmed that it will be launching its next flagship phablet, the Galaxy Note 8, on August 23. As for India, Samsung Mobile CEO DJ Koh has confirmed that the company will announce its Galaxy Note 8 in late August, according to Eprice, a Taiwanese website. The exact date, however, has still not been confirmed by Samsung.

Last week, Samsung unknowingly spilled some beans on the camera of its Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The Galaxy Note 8’s camera is said to be supplied by the company’s own division – Samsung Electro-Mechanics or SEM. And SEM on its website has posted a couple of features that its new dual camera setup can carry. For those unaware, Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will reportedly be the first Samsung handset to come with dual rear cameras.
